Salianji: The meeting of the Presidency did not have a quorum, we will propose

This Friday morning, a meeting of the Presidency of the PD parliamentary group was held, but according to MP Ervin Salianji, this meeting did not have the necessary quorum for decision-making.

In a statement to the media outside the building of the Presidency of the Assembly, Ervin Salianji stated that the deputy chairman of the parliamentary group of PD, Luciano Boçi has requested a postponement of the meeting, but this request was not accepted by Enkelejd Alibeaj.

Salianji has considered shameful, the announcement of the deputy Oriola Pampuri who informed the two decisions taken from the meeting of the Presidency of the parliamentary group. According to the Democratic MP, every decision is taken for personal interest.

"Today, through the number two of the Socialist Party, it was clearly stated that they do not want international representation or negotiation. It is a trap to misuse any PD deputy to create the concept of division in the PD. Boçi has requested that the meeting of the group leadership be postponed.

There was no response from Alibeaj. An embarrassing announcement has been made stating that there has been a presidency meeting and decisions have been made. The chairmanship of the group consists of the junior chairmanship, the chairpersons and vice-chairmen of the committees and the deputy chairperson of the parliament. There is a speed to split the DP and create the perception that a party is here and there. The parliamentary group has not been functioning for almost three months. Everything is taken for personal interest.

Mbahen qëndrime edhe ndaj palës tjetër. Kjo pjesa tjetër kërkon që të vendosë damkën që deputetët qenkan mbështetës të një personi që ne kërkuam të ikte. Kryesia e grupit mblidhet në mënyrë të përjavshme. Kryesia e grupit parlamentar, fakti po them që kam komunikuar me zotin Alibeaj nuk besoj se ka ndonjë diskutim nëse ai njihet apo jo. Kryetari i grupit parlamentar edhe në momente kur nuk ka konflikte sipas rregullores që është në fuqi miratohet nga grupi parlamentar. Nuk e shpjegoj dot nxitimin për këtë mbledhje”, deklaroi Salianji.

Ai shtoi se ka një nxitim për t’u mbledhur me socialistët, ndërsa theksoi se për problemet e veta kryesia e grupit ka tre muaj që nuk mblidhet. Ndryshe nga Alibeaj, Salianji propozon të kundërtën. Sipas tij, duhet të jetë mazhoranca ajo që të përcaktojë kriteret dhe emrin e Presidentit ta propozojë opozita.

“Demokratët kanë vetëm një shqetësim. Si të zgjidhin problemet. Ne nuk mund t’i japim kriteret Edi Ramës si të zgjedhë Presidentin e Republikës. Të na përcaktojë kriteret maxhoranca dhe PS dhe emrin ta propozojë Partia Demokratike. Nuk është zgjidhje bojkoti dhe as dhënia në tavolinë e asnjë lloj dakordësie. Duhet të përcaktohet nga maxhoranca kriteri për presidentin e republikës.
