Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the accusations of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha that the floods were caused by bad governance and that Shkodra is all under water due to the opening of the cascade.
Through a post on Twitter, Rama brought back through a video the statements of how Berisha was justified in 2010 when Shkodra was flooded. The Prime Minister writes next to the video that the question is not how there can be such a flow of slaves, but how there can still be slaves who go after such a flow.
"The question is not how there can be such a flow of slaves, but how can there still be slaves who go after such a flow?!"- writes Rama.
Sali Berisha, during the time when he was in government, blamed the high flows of the rivers and that it was difficult to maintain the outflows of the lakes in this type of situation.
Berisha yesterday: The rains that fell flooded, the flood is governmental!
Berisha in 2010 when he was in government: Emphasize this as a combination of the rivers of the Alps with the Drini can have larger spills
Berisha yesterday: That's why they did this flood, with at least 3800-3700 m3 discharges
Berisha in 2010 when he was in the government: But from 11 pm at night they reached 4500m3 spills in the lakes and it is very difficult to keep the spills in this situation, you have no other way.
