Two days ago, the Minister of Energy, Belinda Balluku, testified at the Commission for Production Activities, Trade and Environment, where the Port of Durrës project with many shadows was opened.

But, as he did not answer any of the opposition MPs' questions about who is behind the offshore companies and many other questions, Balluku released a gem.

Number 2 of the Government of Rama stated that the first phase of the project includes aeration of the sea.

"The first phase of this project includes the purification of the Durrës sea." declares Balluku, as can be heard in the video below.

The Durres Tourist Port project has been in the center of media attention for several days. Journalists have denounced the forgiveness of 820,000 square meters of state land for residences, towers and hotels.

Almost all the media have dealt with this fact and have raised concerns and suspicions that behind this project lies the biggest corruption affair in the history of Albania.
