Today, the deputies of the Democratic Party submitted to the Constitutional Court the request for opposing the decision of the previous day of the Assembly, as well as for the finding of incompatibility with the Constitution of the mandate of Olta Xhaçka.

After procrastinating endlessly, the day before, the majority blocked in the parliament the sending to the Constitutional Court of the request for examining the incompatibility with the Constitution for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka . With this shameful vote, the majority turned the parliament once again into a shield for the corruption of its governors ,' said Shehaj.
