Former Democratic Party primary candidate Alesia Balliu has made strong accusations against senior DP leaders for involvement in manipulating the outcome of the race within the largest opposition force.

Balliu, who joined Albania Becomes Adriatic Lapaj, said that Flamur Noka and Luçiano Boçi put Alketa Vejsiu's friend, Klodiana Çapja, in the race, who ranked third on the opposition list in the Elbasan district.
