The Democratic Party's candidate for the May 11 elections, Eleina Qirici , has resigned from the parliamentary election race.

This was acknowledged by the political leader of the Korça district of the Democratic Party, Ivi Kaso, who said that the former MP will not be part of the May 11 election race.

Kaso also announced that the representative of the Macedonian minority, Ernest Koce , who has already been replaced by Fidel Kreka from Korçë , will not be part of the list.

The latter, in the Primary, received 303 votes, becoming the most voted candidate in the city of Korça.
