TIRANA – The reason why the heads of the Cadastre have not appeared before the special parliamentary commission to account for violations in legalizations, and for the implementation of the recommendations of the High State Audit, has been revealed. The accusations that the head of the Cadastre Loreta Gaxhgauni did not intend to account for entire hectares of land that have disappeared in unknown directions, overlapping plots of land, fictitious owners, strategic and tactical investors, 70-year-old guards of premises who are becoming landowners, etc., are unfair, even fabricated by those who are against Albania's integration into the EU, say the sources.

The fact is that most services in Albanian institutions have already gone online. The Tall One himself has stated many times that Albanians will no longer wander from office to office to deal with lazy officials who eat the government's bread in vain. They just need to apply in the systems that start with e-, and the solution will come to them on their computer or mobile phone. This is the reason why the government also granted Mira Murati a million euros.
With this sound logic, the cadastral director Gaxhgauni herself announced that the law prevented her from physically and personally appearing in any of these idiotic parliamentary committees, because now technology and AI have the floor.
"I won't wander up and down in the heat of the moment. We now operate with the e-cadastre, sir ," declared the director, when asked by the e-Patronazhisti.
"So, if parliament is going to call us, let their artificial intelligence program meet our program, and let's get this thing off the ground. Physical contact is prohibited by law," she said, posing in front of a quasi-erotic sign that read, 'Sector of Stimulated Areas a'.

The reality is that the parliament has realized the mistake and responded quickly. Yesterday, the Speaker of the Assembly, Episa Spirodhalla, announced the opening of the e-legislation platform, which will, among other things, resolve this dispute with the e-cadastre.
"This platform will strengthen transparency and accountability, " Spirodhalla declared enthusiastically, adding through gritted teeth, "regardless of who wants the lands, comrade Noc will take them, as our Skanderbeg says."
But the magic of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technology doesn't end there.
Responding in time to accusations of unsustainable increases in the cost of living, the drastic decline in domestic production and growth in imports, and rising inflation, the Albanian government is building a relief package for electronic shopping cart goods.
Thus, platforms for the needy will soon be opened: e-pie, e-doughnut, and e-bean.
