Eriselda came to "See you in court" with a very strong statement against her husband Vis. In the introductory insert of the column from "Albanian Sunday" she says that she checked her husband's cell phone because she suspected that he was cheating on her.
Eriselda: I suspected my husband was cheating on me. I watched him talking on the phone in the corners of the house. I decided to secretly check his phone. I couldn't believe it. All those messages, all those calls to just one number and when I find out, it was a man.
After entering the studio, Eriselda has a short conversation with Ardit Gjebrean and Eni Çobani, confirming her action and expressing the feeling she experienced.
Ardit Gjebrea: So, in the messages you checked on your husband's cell phone, did you see that he was talking to a man?
Eriselda: Very true Mr. Ardit. I'm not unbroken, I've really put my hands on my head. Too many calls, too many messages on one phone number.
Eni Çobani: It didn't turn out what you thought, a woman but...
Eriselda: A woman did not appear, I suspected treason, but… a man appeared.
She discovered that it was about a financial obligation that a friend of her husband has towards him. This obligation dates back 5 years, while the couple has only been married for 3 years, so Eriselda was not aware of it. Eni Çobani clarifies that, in fact, she herself is aware because Vis has already approached her precisely to solve this problem.
Eriselda: Mistress Annie, I have been very late in hearing that Vis has come to you. It has eaten away at me, really, our situation at home has become intolerable, it has become totally irritating and intolerable.
Visi: Why did I betray you? How did I trust you?
Eriselda: Sir, I have come to share with you, you have put me in conflict.
Visi: This work was before we got engaged and married together, it has nothing to do with it, it was much earlier and so I turned to Mrs. Eni because I didn't want to disturb you and I didn't want to make this story public at all.
Eriselda: You brought me into conflict with my family. Sir I have come to part. You didn't keep your promises.
Visi: Yes, because of the swindler, Nikola Zharri, whom I knew in England and gave him 10,000 Euros.
Eriselda: Where is your money? So where do you have the money?
Visi: Where do I have the money? I don't have the money, what can I do to kill myself now?
Eriselda: First of all, why did you betray me, talk me up and down with that?
Visi: I was talking about the issue of debt and I wanted to solve it.
Eni Çobani: Eriselda, when did you marry the man?
Eriselda: We've been married for 3 years, now it's 3 years.
Eni Çobani: And this is more than 3 years old, this story is 5 years old.
Despite Vis clarifying that the reason he didn't inform Eriselda of this story was just to not worry her, Eriselda says she should have known. She again explains in detail how she discovered this debt to her husband and this reignites the blood between them.
Eriselda: Two years ago, I saw my husband secretly talking up and down with a person on the phone, through text messages.
Eni Çobani: Yes, and what were those messages? It was Nikola Zharri's messages related to the debt.
Eriselda: I said ore sir what are these messages? What is done here? "I have a debt," he said, "I lent it to a person, a friend, I gave it to him in good faith."
Eni Çobani: Before he said the debt, you found out who he was once on the phone.
Eriselda: Yes, there was a fight and everything and in the end...
Eni Çobani: Well, that's what I'm asking too, how did you know it was a man and not a woman?
Ardit Gjebrea: Did you get him on the phone?
Eriselda: Yes, I got it with the master's phone.
Visi: Because you checked the phone too!
Eriselda: Did I check it then? Yes, I am the wife!
Visi: Yes, you are the wife, but by what right?
Eriselda: O lord, I am your wife.
