EROTIC videos modified with her face, Meloni demands 100 thousand EURO

The Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, is seeking 100,000 euros in compensation after the online publication of pornographic videos with her fake image.

Meloni is expected to testify in a court in the Sardinian town of Sassari on July 2.

Fake images are when one person's face is digitally added to another person's body.

A 40-year-old man who is believed to have created the videos, and his 73-year-old father, are under investigation. Police said they were able to track them down by tracking the mobile device used to post the videos.

Both men are being charged with defamation. According to Italian laws, defamation cases are considered a crime and punishable by imprisonment.
