The Croatian Minister of Defense has responded to statements by the Serbian Foreign Ministry, which expressed concern about the military alliance between Croatia, Albania and Kosovo, also demanding an account of why it was formed.
Ivan Anusic said, among other things, that his country does not owe Serbia any explanation, even adding that "the time when they asked Belgrade what they were going to do is gone."
"The time has passed when we asked Belgrade what we would do. Albania is our ally in NATO and Kosovo is our friendly country that we have known," Anusic added.
The Croatian Defence Minister also announced that more countries will join the alliance.
A defense cooperation alliance was signed in Tirana between Croatia, Albania, and Kosovo, while there are rumors that other countries in the region may join.
