The EU's special envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has thanked the chief negotiator of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, and that of Serbia, Petar Petkovic, for, as he said, the constructive engagement.

Lajçak also thanked the US Department of State and American diplomacy.

"My thanks tonight go to Besnik Bislimin and Petar Petkovic for their constructive engagement today. And a big thank you to DASH and US diplomacy for their invaluable support," he wrote.

Kosovo and Serbia reached an agreement on the license plate issue tonight.
