Germany's envoy for the Western Balkans, Manuel Sarrazin, has stated that there is no easy compromise needed between Kosovo and Serbia to deepen cooperation within the Berlin Process.
He on Thursday, after concluding meetings in Kosovo, stressed to the media the need for cooperation of the countries of the region for common trade, adding that he has asked countries for compromises on the freedom of goods, money and trade in the region.
However, he expressed concern about the fact that the countries of the region are still not at the right level to bring concrete results of cooperation within the Berlin Process.
In October, the next Berlin Process summit will be held, where representatives of the Western Balkans and european union countries will be gathered, in the framework of the tenth anniversary of this initiative.
The German emissary met with The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the leaders of opposition parties, Memli Krasniqi (PDK) and Lumir Abdixhiku (LDK).
