The United Kingdom's King Charles was unveiled today with his first official portrait.
The painting, the work of the artist Jonathan Yeo, was unveiled today in a ceremony attended by King Charles himself.
However, the work has left many speechless because of the unusual way it was painted, all in red.
The work depicts His Majesty wearing the uniform of the Welsh Guards, of which he was made colonel of the regiment in 1975, holding a sword as a butterfly rests on his shoulder.

Queen Camilla, however, seems to have welcomed the work, saying it is a portrait that the artist has captured well.
In the meantime, various conspiratorial theories about what the red color and the butterfly in the portrait of King Charles symbolize have immediately exploded on social networks.
