Serious in Kosovo / 11-year-old sexually abused twice in the city's public toilet

A serious incident occurred in Ferizaj, where an 11-year-old minor was sexually abused twice by a man in the city's public toilet.

According to a Kosovo police report, he was forcibly taken both times, near his shop, where he sold various things.

The unidentified perpetrator has been arrested by the police and the security measure "arrest in prison" has been imposed, while they are working on fully uncovering the circumstances.

Police announcement:

 "There is a well-founded suspicion that from the end of January 2025 to the beginning of February 2025, continuously on a street in Ferizaj, namely in the public toilet at the entrance of a building near the premises 'T.' owned by the defendant, the defendant forced the minor victim, aged eleven (11), to commit a sexual act without her consent, in such a way that while she had gone to the premises located at the entrance of her apartment where the defendant sold cigarettes, food items, the defendant had taken the victim and taken her to the public toilet at the entrance of the apartment, in which the defendant had committed a sexual act and according to the victim, the same incident had occurred another time a few days ago."
