BRITISH authorities file 21 charges against the Tate brothers for rape, violence


For the first time, British authorities have confirmed that they have approved the filing of criminal charges against Andrew and Tristan Tate for a total of 21 criminal offences, including charges of rape, causing bodily harm and human trafficking.

According to the Prosecutor's Office's announcement, the indictments were approved before the European arrest warrant for the extradition of the two brothers from Romania to the United Kingdom was issued in 2024.

However, the Prosecutor's Office stressed that "domestic criminal cases still pending in Romania must first be concluded," where the two Britons are under investigation and face several charges, which they deny.

The British Prosecutor's Office's decision was based on a file of evidence submitted by Bedfordshire police, following complaints made in the United Kingdom.

Andrew Tate, 38, known as an influencer and former kickboxer, is charged with 10 criminal offenses related to three women.

Among these charges are rape, causing bodily harm, human trafficking, and exploitation for profit by controlling prostitution.

Tristan Tate, 36, is charged with 11 criminal offenses, including rape, causing bodily harm and human trafficking.

They were born in the United States, but moved to Luton, United Kingdom with their mother after their parents divorced.
