The deviation of the investigations by the two SPAK prosecutors, Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi, for the former Minister of Finance Arben Ahmetaj, is already a proven fact.
In the letter with protocol number 1870 dated February 9, that SPAK has submitted to Top Channel for the investigation and obtaining the evidence published in the show Inside Story entitled 'The corruption of Arben Ahmetaj', there is a strong suspicion of diversion of investigations.
The actions, as stated there, are carried out within the framework of investigations for file number 277 fraction 1 opened last year.
The file with this number was investigated by two prosecutors Klodian Braho and Eneid Nakuçi. However, the official document that was submitted to Top Channel bears the signature of the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani and the special prosecutor, Enkeleda Millonai.
This shows that Klodian Braho and Eneid Nakuçi have withdrawn from the file 277 faction 1, after the accusations and report made against them for concealing the evidence implicating the former minister in this matter.
But this also shows that the two prosecutors, Nakuçi and Braho, hid the evidence after they filed a charge of "abuse of duty" against Ahmatej and not corruption. Otherwise, they acted in investigations against other persons involved in this affair.
The two prosecutors have been accused of double-standard investigation of the file, where the evidence implicating Arben Ahmatej was left out on purpose, even though it was on the same electronic devices seized from Klodian Zoto.
Altin Duman's own letter to Top Channel proves that the two prosecutors have filed charges of "abuse of duty" against Ahmetaj and have hidden Zoto's emails that would bring another charge against the former Minister, that of corruption and money laundering.
The absence of Braho's and Nakuci's signatures in this letter shows that they have given up, given the fact that the law and the regulation of SPAK's operation determines that even the head of this prosecution does not have the power and competence to remove their file from the investigation.
SPAK was set in motion only after the show Inside Story, even though the evidence had been in evidence for months in Adriatik Doçi's report, where the hotel payments to Ahmetaj were recorded in the report of Klodian Zoto's computer expertise.
Among the evidence that the two prosecutors have hidden are the hotel payments that Klodian Zoto made on behalf of Arben Ahmetaj.
The two prosecutors, Altin Dumani and Enkeleida Millonai, who have taken over the file, based on the new evidence and their interpretation, can requalify it by making the charge against Arben Ahmetaj heavier. But the investigation for concealment of evidence against Braho and Nakuci remains a question mark./Top News
