In the announcement from a year ago, dated 12/12/2022, the name of former minister Arben Ahmetaj is not mentioned as a defendant.

Kujtojmë se në datën 22 dhjetor SPAK vendosi mosfillimin e hetimeve ndaj dy prokurorëve që hetuan dosjen e inceneratorëve dhe që dorëzuan në gjykatë 10 të pandehur , por që sipas gazetarit Doci sakaq ata kishin shpërdoruar detyrën dhe penguar zbulimin e të vërtetës sa kohë nuk kishin vlerësuar njësoj provat ndaj ish ministrit të financave Arben Ahmetaj.

Gazetari Doçi denoncoi pagesat disa milionëshe të kryera nga i akuzuari Klodian Zoto ku mbuloheshin udhëtime dhe akomodime në hotele luksoze të Ahmetaj dhe bashkëshortes së tij, prova këto të nxjerra nga një akt ekspertizë. Në vendimin e mos fillimit deklarohet se nuk rezulton që dy prokurorët të kenë shpërdoruar detyrën mbasi aktet janë ndarë .

Por njëherazi argumentohet se procesi i çmuarjes së provës është një proces i ndërlikuar pasi përbërës të tij janë jo vetëm komponentët juridikë por edhe ata të brendshëm dhe psikologjikë.

Pra nga të gjitha këto lëvizje duket se SPAK po kërkon të shpëtojë ish ministrin Arben Ahmetaj edhe pse Prokuroria Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar u krijua për goditjen e zyrtarëve të lartë në rastin 'Ahmetaj' po e mbyll njërin sy.
