The last three years have been extremely turbulent for Daniel Shima, former deputy director of AKSHI, starting with investigations by the Special Prosecution Office, suspicions of favoritism in tenders, dismissal, "disappearance" and finally a network of companies that "emerged from nowhere."
In the first part of the investigation, VoxNews documented with documents and sources from several institutions how Daniel turned his seamstress mother into a businesswoman, raking in millions of euros, buying land, apartments, and obtaining building permits in several cities.
Even his friends Sokol Përllaku and Redvin Marku managed to create and administer several companies, again with turnover and properties worth tens of millions of euros. Sokol, after cooperation and transactions with Merita Shimë, opened several other companies, in the field of construction, while taking Redvin Marku as administrator. The latter's name is the "connection" between Përllaku and Daniel himself, since the moment Daniel left AKSHI, he opened a company in his name and took Redvin as administrator!

It seems that Daniel not only has his finger in the tenders of the AKSHI, but he is all painted. It is enough for the Special Prosecution to track down these names, Merita, Redvini or even Sokol and they will see wonders. How some anonymous people, with minimal income, suddenly became big businessmen, circulating and buying properties worth millions of euros.
However, money always "leaves a trail" and this is what the BKH investigators must do, to follow it. There are strong suspicions that the AKSHI money, from those tendered every week, has gone to a group of people, whether businessmen or even leaders of the National Agency for the Information Society, as is the case with Daniel Shimë.
After leaving his position as deputy director of AKSHI, Daniel decided to go public, founding the company "Digital Euphoria" , a company that dealt with consulting and marketing. A broad field where you can easily clean dirty money.
But does the network of Daniel, his family or even his friends end here?! Of course not, since the money must be camouflaged, being transferred under several names to lose its traces. The data researched by VoxNews reveals the involvement of the first cousins ??of the 34-year-old, who "disappeared" in August 2025.

VoxNews has learned that in 2023, at the peak of Daniel Shimë's career, his first cousin, Marin Shpata, opened the company " E-Lava", which had several car wash points, a business that exceeded the figure of 500 thousand euros. A real scheme, as it allows you to earn hundreds of thousands of euros even without doing any work.
But what connects "E-Lava" with Daniel Shima? Apparently, the former deputy director can be justified in not being responsible for what job or business his uncle's son has. But when Daniel and Marin have the same address, are they related?!

Danieli got into the business of paper after leaving government service, as he quickly founded another firm, called “Blitz Facility Management”. This firm was “owned” by Danieli’s first company “Digital Euphoria”. This is where the connection between Marini and Danieli is made, as both “E-Lava” and “Blitz” have the same address declared in the National Business Center; Kavajës Street, Garden Building, tower 24, floor 6, apartment 2A.
Not only that, as Daneli's second firm is registered for washing and disinfecting, precisely the facility of his cousin's company. VoxNews has learned that Danieli has expanded his range of businesses, opening a restaurant in Lundë, in a property worth millions of euros.
VoxNews has learned that Daniel's sister and girlfriend have entered the business, opening both companies, which they camouflaged as "international". Has Daniel's fame spread to other countries?! That much money has he saved from his salary as deputy director of AKSHI?! Or is it the money he managed during that job, favoring a clan?!
