The former deputy director of the National Agency for the Information Society, Daniel Shima, has created a wide network of companies, in an attempt to hide the money that allegedly "originated" in the tenders of the institution where he worked. The editorial staff of VoxNews has exclusively denounced that Daniel's family, cousins ??or friends, from anonymous people became big businessmen.

Meanwhile, in these lines we will focus on another connection of Daniel, this time with his cohabitant, Enkeleda Hysa, who was the first to report his disappearance in August 2025. It seems that the "victim" has organized everything to perfection, forging papers and creating a large business network. Suspicions are always of money laundering, but this suspicion must be substantiated by law enforcement agencies.

It is learned that 34-year-old Daniel Shima and 39-year-old Enkeleda Hysa met when the latter was a lawyer in a law firm and had him as a "client." In fact, all transactions were made at a notary office near the Tirana Court, a friend of both.

VoxNews has learned that Enkeleda Hysa founded the company "Salesforce Consulting AL" in January 2025, together with a cousin of hers. The object of the activity was "IT consultancy specialized in managerial relations with customers and other telecommunications services". If you look at the object, you will clearly understand that behind Enkeleda is precisely Daniel.

If the 39-year-old is a lawyer, what does she have to do with IT, other than her relationship with her boyfriend or fiancé? A company that was quickly created with the sole purpose of camouflaging the money received from AKSHI tenders. The founding capital of the trading company is only 100 thousand lek, while during this time there are suspicions that this firm has made hundreds of thousands of euros.

VoxNews has learned that Shimë's girlfriend has rapidly developed a property in Pogradec. And here the connection between Daniel's companies is made, since Enkeledë's property will be developed by the company "Terra Construction", owned by Sokol Përllaku. Then another agreement is reached with Erind Bejler's company "Son Engineering" and later they receive permission for a hotel with 7 floors above ground and 3 underground.

It seems that Daniel not only has his finger in the tenders of the AKSHI, but he is all painted. It is enough for the Special Prosecution to track down these names, Merita, Redvini or even Sokol and they will see wonders. How some anonymous people, with minimal income, suddenly became big businessmen, circulating and buying properties worth millions of euros.

After leaving the post of deputy director of AKSHI, Daniel decided to come out in the open, founding the company "Digital Euphoria", a company that dealt with consulting and marketing. A wide field where you can launder dirty money in the easiest way. But does the network of Daniel, his family or even his friends end here?! Naturally not, since the money must be camouflaged, being shot in several names to lose its traces. The data researched by VoxNews brings to light the involvement of the first cousins ??of the 34-year-old, who "disappeared" in August 2025.

VoxNews has learned that in 2023, at the peak of Daniel Shimë's career, his first cousin, Marin Shpata, opened the company "E-Lava", which had several car wash points, a business that exceeded 500 thousand euros. But, what connects "E-Lava" with Daniel Shimë? Apparently, the former deputy director can be justified in not being responsible for what job or business his uncle's son has. But when Daniel and Marin have the same address, are they related?!

Danieli has plunged headlong into the papers after leaving government service, as he quickly founded another firm, called “Blitz Facility Management”. This firm had as its “owner” Danieli’s first company “Digital Euphoria”. This is where the connection between Marini and Danieli is made, as both “E-Lava” and “Blitz” have the same declared address in the National Business Center; Rruga e Kavajës, Garden Building, tower 24, floor 6, apartment 2A. Not only that, as Daneli’s second firm is registered for washing and disinfection, precisely the facility of his cousin’s company. VoxNews has learned that Danieli has expanded the range of businesses, opening a restaurant in Lundë, in a property worth millions of euros.

VoxNews has researched dozens of documents, from the National Business Center, notarial or mortgage documents, which clearly show the connection of former deputy director Daniel Shima with the company "Premium Glass", founded in 2021. A year later, Merita Shima, Daniel Shima's seamstress mother, becomes a shareholder with 100% of the shares.

The purchase document specifies that the purchase price of the shares was only 400 euros, making Merita the sole owner. Then, the 55-year-old begins transactions to buy properties in Tirana and on the coast. On the one hand, Daniel signed the tenders with zero sums at AKSHI and on the other hand, his mother, Merita, continued to do business, as multi-storey buildings would be "planted" in the name of the company or on the properties she bought.

Daniel Shima had information that his and his mother's seamstress activities were being investigated. At the end of 2022, he "ordered" his mother, Merita, to return the shares to Sokol Përllaku, the same person who bought them. If the purchase price was 400 euros, the sale price from Merita to Sokol was only 1,000 euros.

Since the company owned assets worth millions of euros, or had obtained building permits, the price was made formal, to hide a lot. According to documents available to VoxNews, it turns out that this transaction or transfer of shares was made at the same time that the Special Prosecutor's Office had launched an investigation. But, even after the sale of this company with papers, a trusted "person" of Daniel Shimës was again appointed as administrator.
