The former deputy, Halit Valteri, through a post on Facebook, has denounced the deputy of the Freedom Party, Petrit Vasili , as being involved in the incinerators through his brother. 

According to Hali Valteri , the brother of the deputy of the Freedom party, Trajan Vasili, had direct responsibility for the incinerator procedure of Elbasan and Fier . 

The former deputy has published the documents, where according to him, serious financial violations have been determined for the brother of the deputy, Petrit Vasil , in connection with the Fier incinerator.

We remember that at that time, the deputy's brother was the director of Finance at the Ministry of Environment.

In the Financial Inspection Ordered by Decision No. 62 dated 16.06.2020 carried out by the Ministry of Finance for the Fier Incinerator, it was found that:

In addition to the responsibilities and persons responsible who are currently being tried for this matter, this report has determined as responsible for serious financial violations in connection with the Fier incinerator the citizen Trajan Vasili, who held the position of Director of Finance at the Ministry of the Environment, and specifically it has been established:

For serious violations with a value of 4,100,000 Euros, the Director of Finance of the Ministry of Environment, Mr. Trajan Vasili, the brother of the deputy and former chairman of the LSI, was also found responsible for having made payments contrary to the law.

For the same facts of this financial report, the next proxy has arrested and is trying the former minister Lefter Koka and the works supervisor Arben Dervishaj for falsification of documents and abuse of office.

It has been charged as a liability for violating the law on tax payments in relation to this contract and for causing an economic damage of 119,400 Euros with this contract.

All the same in the Elbasan concession in 2020, Trajan Vasili, the brother of Petri Vasili, was found in violation by the audit for a payment of 656,252 Euros, for which the former minister Lefter Koka and the former Secretary General are in prison.

So it is clear that the prosecutor has avoided serious criminal responsibility for Trajan Vasili, the brother of the complainant, the deputy of LSI Petrit Vasili, openly maintaining a double standard, just as the prosecutor of the Elbasan case did, who avoided the evidence for the former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, and in the end all Albanians saw how this case ended, and this is a stain on that institution which favors certain political segments and sides with politicians who are for delete also in this affair.
