SPAK's arrest warrant for former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj has caused an 'underground' wave of tension in Tirana.

His company has carried out the sale and purchase of expensive properties that the Special Prosecutor's Office has targeted.

The concern is related to the rumors that SPAK's investigation has led to accusations of fictitious contracts and money laundering.

The general anxiety in the world of big capital in Tirana has been increased by the fact that the head of SPAK has refused all communication and contact these days. He is almost isolated even from his closest colleagues, to avoid interference.
