Frrokaj was sentenced in October 2022 to 3 years in prison for the criminal offense of abuse of office, for alienating property at " Rana e Hedhun " in Shengjin.

The former mayor of Lezha was also sentenced by the Special Court to 1 year and 4 months in prison for abuse of office and misappropriation of property.

Among other things, Frrokaj has been sentenced not to exercise public functions for 5 years.

Re-establishment and SP in the vote on the Criminal Amnesty , said that no one convicted by the Special Court will be released.
