A few hours after being questioned by SPAK, the mayor of Tirana has clarified the denunciation against him, shedding light on some details that the public overlooks and politics misinterprets.

It is about a 'witness' hidden under the name Nesti Angoni, who after verifications does not appear in the civil status registers.

Distancing himself from this accuser and denying any acquaintance with such a person, Erion Veliaj requested a confrontation with him. And in fact, the entire debate that followed among the lawyers highlighted precisely the lack of seriousness of this process on the part of the Special Prosecution, because essentially a process cannot be initiated without evidence and on an anonymous person.

But this development has already added shadows of suspicion to SPAK's special prosecutors, especially when it comes to events of greater importance, with real victims and accusers. January 21, 2011, which marked the most heinous state crime, occurring in broad daylight, remains an issue with influence on society and politics even today.

But what happened to the event? While the families of Aleks Nika and other families demanded an investigation by the new justice system, SPAK itself treated the crime in question as a banal event, re-murdering the four victims of the 'Berisha' government for the second time. First, by sending the case to an ordinary prosecutor's office like the one in Tirana, and second, by not even calling the main actor of the time: Sali Berisha, to testify.

Thus, today, facing the anonymous people accusing Erion Veliaj are the 4 murdered people of January 21. Facing the anonymous accuser Nesti Angoni is Aleks Nika's uncle, who accuses with his face and voice and who has been knocking on the doors of justice for years.

And all the seriousness and will of SPAK is called into question in these days of reckoning by this senseless behavior. While Sali Berisha seems completely unconcerned about the quadruple crime of his government, which took place before the eyes of the entire world.

Nesti accuses from his anonymity, Aleksi and the others accuse from the photos that have remained in the hands of the family members. In fact, they accuse with their blood, but no one listens to them. They are busy with the anonymous ones who strike from the darkness.
