The investigative structures of the Himarë Police Station, immediately after the notification received about the theft in two villas in an apartment complex owned by citizens AD and LD, as well as the attempted theft in an apartment near the complex, in the early hours of the morning of 22.07.2023, have organized the work and in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office, have carried out in-depth proactive investigations to clarify these cases.

As a result of the investigative work, the investigative structures of the Himar Police Station made it possible to unravel these cases and identify the members of a criminal group that carried out criminal activity in the field of theft.

After providing the evidence and locating the members of the criminal group, the services of the Himar Police Station, in cooperation with the services of the Durrës Police Station, organized and finalized the coded police operation "Piketat", in the framework of which the following citizens were caught and detained:

SK, 31 years old, resident of Durrës, with a significant criminal record inside and outside the country, for theft with violence and weapons;

SG, 22 years old, resident of Durrës, with a previous record for theft.

Also, a citizen of AP, 33 years old, resident of Durrës, with a significant criminal record inside and outside the country, was declared wanted for theft by force.

As material evidence, the following were seized: 3180 euros, 100 Swiss francs, 140 dollars, 110 pounds, 10,000 thousand new lek, a "Smart" type vehicle, 3 mobile phones and the clothing used by the perpetrators during the thefts.

Following the operation, it became possible to clarify and document the theft in the residence of citizen AH, in Golem, Kavajë, a theft committed two days ago, by the members of this group, who received a significant amount of monetary values ​​in euros, pounds, dollars and lek.

Nga veprimet hetimore rezulton se ky grup, në të njëjtën periudhë të vitit 2022, ka kryer 3 vjedhje në banesash në fshatrat Dhërmi, Borsh dhe Himarë, ku ka marrë sasi të konsiderueshme vlerash monetare dhe sendesh me vlerë, konkretisht:

Në datën 11.08.2022, kanë vjedhur në banesën e shtetasit V. B., në Himarë;
Në datën 21.08.2022, kanë vjedhur sende dhe vlera monetare në një hotel në pronësi të shtetasit D. Sh., në fshatin Borsh;
Në datën 21.08.2022, kanë vjedhur vlera monetare dhe sende me vlerë, në vilën e shtetasit K. N., në një kompleks banimi në fshatin Dhërmi.
Vijojnë hetimet e thelluara për zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin e rasteve të tjera të vjedhjeve të vilave dhe banesave të kryera nga ky grup dy vitet e fundit.
