The NAMES of the other two arrested by SPAK were revealed by the interceptions of SKY ECC/Dalin

An SPAK operation, after the disintegration of SKY ECC, led to the attack on another criminal group, where the former deputy director of the Tirana police, Erzen Breçani, and his son, Eralbi Breçani, were captured.

SPAK issued 11 arrest warrants, where 6 of them have been executed and the work to arrest 5 others continues.

Two of the arrested are Besmir Mustati and Bujar Germizi. The latter is a well-known name of the underworld in Kukës. Germizi is accused of creating conditions to commit murder.
