Firdeuss Berberi, the citizen declared internationally wanted, is extradited from Greece to Albania

In the framework of the measures taken for the implementation of the operation "Before justice" and the intensive activity of the State Police for the exchange of information with the partner countries and organizations for the arrest, extradition, bringing to Albania and placing at the disposal of the justice bodies of the declared persons in international search, the extradition of citizen Firdeuss Berberi from Greece to our country was carried out today.

This citizen was declared internationally wanted, after the Court of the Judicial District, Pogradec, with a criminal decision dated 29.04.2022, assigned to him the security measure of "imprisonment", for the criminal offense of "intentional murder" remaining in the attempt and carried out in collaboration, "unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "disruption of public peace", provided by articles 76, 25 and 22, 278/1 and 274 of the Criminal Code.

On 25.04.2022, in Pogradec, it is suspected that the citizen Firdeuss Berberi, in cooperation with the citizen GM, injured the citizen Johan Muçllari with a pistol firearm.

As a result of the cooperation of "Interpol Tirana" with "Interpol Athens" it became possible to arrest him in Greece, being finalized with his extradition to our country.
