The Water Supply Tender Leads the Former Mayor of Memaliaj Municipality, Gjolek Gucaj, to SPAK

Another social mayor is being prosecuted by SPAK.

Gjolek Gucaj is accused by the Special Prosecution Office of violating equality in tenders.

Part of the group of lawbreakers are also Edmonda Harizi, Bersant Ylli, and Feta Hoxha.

The prosecution has found violations in a procurement procedure related to the water supply in 8 villages.

Gjolek Guci led the municipality of Memaliaj for years until "Together We Win" candidate Albert Malaj won with a margin of 312 votes.

There have been other denunciations of Guci from citizens, but also from the Democratic Party.

Irena Gjoka has been appointed judge to hear the case.
