Scandalous / Policeman in Durrës caught watching "red flag" video inside the car and during working hours

A scandalous event has occurred at a place called Shkozet Bridge in Durrës.

There, a member of the Traffic Police was caught watching +18 films during working hours inside a police vehicle.

According to the video published by JOQ, the police officer is seen stopping the car under the bridge to "enjoy the moment."

A young man who filmed the moment did not hesitate to make fun of the event as he is heard saying: "This is what our state does during working hours."
