Korça Police have announced the arrest of 30-year-old Sindi Syzo, wanted in January 2025 for "intentional murder", which remained in the attempted stage.

The 30-year-old turned himself in to the Korça Police at 2:00 PM yesterday.

A2 has published a video of the moment when the young man appears at the Korça Police Station, accompanied by his lawyer, Lauren Thomollari.

 

The incident for which the young man is accused occurred on January 11, 2025, in neighborhood no. 1 of Pogradec. After a verbal conflict with 23-year-old N. Agolli in a barbershop, the 30-year-old hit him with a saw blade, injuring him in the head and arm.

In his first statement, the suspect claimed that he had been threatened and stalked by the 23-year-old and that on the day of the incident, he had been verbally threatened by him.
