An unusual event was recorded today in Fier, where a 49-year-old woman was arrested by the Police on suspicion of physical violence and threats against a lawyer.

According to the official Police announcement, " citizen V. Xh., resident of the village of Mbrostar Ura, was detained in flagrante delicto by the Crime Investigation Specialists at the Fier Police Station, after threatening and hitting lawyer AK, 59 years old, resident of Fier, in the office premises ."

The abused lawyer represents the 49-year-old's son in a lawsuit against his parents, which is suspected to have been the cause of the violent conflict between the parties.

The police announce that the procedural materials have been passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier, for further legal action.
