The court has remanded in custody the three people arrested for the murder of Judge Astrit Kalaja in the courtroom.

Until the investigation is completed, the perpetrator Elvis Shkambi , his uncle Gjon Shkambi , and security guard Banush Koxhaj will remain in custody.

In his testimony, Koxhaj stated that he was not feeling well, emphasizing that he had asked the Chancellor for permission.

" I was sick, before the parties went through the scanner, I informed the chancellor that I was not feeling well, as I suffer from diabetes. An hour later, the chancellor gave me permission to leave but I was not replaced ," he said in front of the black platoons.
