An Albanian has been convicted for the second time for cultivating narcotics in England. It is about 29-year-old Ruzhdi Raga.
He was caught in a "grass house" cultivating 224 cannabis plants worth £76,000.
Ruzhdi Raga had entered the UK illegally and initially started working as a laundress, but then turned to drug cultivation.
Raga was convicted two years ago by an English court of the same charge after being caught on a cannabis farm in Hartlepool. At that time, the Albanian was justified that he had to pay off a debt of 21 thousand pounds that he had taken to arrive in Britain and that is why he started cultivating cannabis.
While he had sworn before the court that "I have never touched drugs in my life". Raga did not reveal who he had taken the debt from and who were those who threatened him.
