Triggered by the criminal event in our country a few days ago, where Brilant Martinaj, Diklen Vata and Besmir Hoxha were killed in Fushë-Kruja, lawyer Spartak Ngjela declared that Albania has a deadlock in the study of criminality.
" Crime is so high that the internationals created SPAK ", said lawyer Spartak Ngjela in News24. During the conversation in the studio, Ngjela said that corruption has hit the country and as a result the country is in this serious situation.
He also said that the police is in crisis, as according to him there are facts when there was also a lack of fuel.
"I see that it is, increasing criminality, increasing corruption, Western expertise has produced SPAK. If a crime happens and the perpetrators are not caught, the whole society is worried here," said Ngjela, among other things.
Njjela said that the only hope to fight crime is to seek international expertise. He said that if the situation is problematic, the government should also borrow money.
"The hope I see is that criminality is increasing and with big question marks. Organized crime has been so high that in spite of it, Western expertise has issued the SPAK. Now the problem arises where is the hope. To those who give us the fund to fight corruption. To be professional. If the crime is alarming, we need to ask for money, even a loan. A study that I read many years ago says that one was killed in the city, he was not caught. The second was killed and the third was still not captured. The city loses security. If crimes happen here and no one is caught, the government must act."
