The deadline for the request for the exclusion of the judge, Berisha's lawyers: GJKKO did not give us the first decision

While Berisha's lawyers have not filed a written request for the exclusion of judge Irena Gjoka and the deadline has ended, they have made a reaction.

Lawyers say the GJKKO did not make available the first decision, where Judge Rudina Peacock rejected the request for Gjoka's exclusion.

"The GJKKO to inform you that this is the reason that until the official schedule did not make available the inadversible decision of the request for the excussion of judge Irena Gjoka as promised to the lawyers formally and verbally" says Berisha's lawyer.
