The Prosecutor's Office of Rome has requested a sentence of 21 years in prison in the trial for the Albanian drug trafficker Elvis Demçe, accused together with four other people for the attempted murder of Alessio Marzani on October 22, 2020, who was injured.

Prosecutors Mario Palazzi and Francesco Cascini also asked for a sentence of 21 years for Daniele Gallarello, 18 years for Alessandro Corvesi, 35 years old with a past as a footballer, and 14 years for Matteo Kostakurta, known by the nickname 'The Prince' because of his origins noble.

"It is a group with a profile of very high criminal capacity and social danger," said prosecutor Palazzi in the courtroom, who devoted part of his indictment to Kostakurta, calling him a "disturbing character."

"He does not need to commit crimes for economic reasons, he has money and a good family, he is not miserable from the suburbs, he can live a good life, and on the contrary he commits crimes for fun, for his personal taste, he wears sweaters and hunts”; as it turned out from the investigation papers, "he is possessed by his anti-democratic ideas and proudly calls himself a fascist".

For Elvis Demçe, Costacurta is one of his trusted people. He calls him "executioner", "specialist".

Demçe, linked in the past to Fabrizio Piscitelli, known as Diabolik, the leader of Lazio Irriducibili killed on August 7, 2019 in Parco degli Acquedotti, was arrested together with Costacurta and Corvesi in July last year by the carabinieri of the investigative unit Ostia for Marzani's injury.

The decryption of several conversations encrypted with the 'Sky-Ecc' system and contained on a server on French territory was essential for the investigation by the Carabinieri soldiers, coordinated by the Rome anti-mafia district directorate.
