Lawyer Ylli Manjani has published on Facebook the data of a study that shows that out of about 5,200 people isolated in prisons, about 3,100 of them are in pre-trial detention and only about 2,100 people in isolation have been sentenced by a final decision. So 60% of those isolated in prisons are without a conviction by the court.

Manjani says that in this way, the 'new justice' has totally failed with the "prison-prison-prison" method.

This situation means massive legal uncertainty for citizens in this country. Combined with the violent controls of homes, businesses, persons, including the media, this statistic reinforces the oppressive climate of the government in the name of justice reform.

Anyone who has eyes in his forehead and mind in his head reads and thinks of this as extreme repression of the state against its own citizens.

Anyone who has two minds and will pass judgment on the success of the reform must face this result, which by any standard is called a total failure.
