Explosive explosion in Tirana

A quantity of explosives is reported to have exploded in the early hours of today on "Vasil Ndocka" street in the capital.

The explosive device was placed in a parked vehicle owned by Oltjon Klos. There were no injuries from the explosion, but only material damage.

Meanwhile, investigations are continuing to fully clarify the circumstances of the case.

On 10.03.2026, at around 01:50, on "Vasil Ndocka" street, it is suspected that a quantity of explosive material exploded in a parked vehicle owned by citizen OK, 36 years old.

There were no injuries from the explosion, only material damage.

"The investigation team is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the case," the police statement said.
