The desire to kill " Mother " Talo Çela led Nuredin Dumani and his close friend, Henrik Hoxhaj, to the village of Ndroq in Tirana, in the hope that they would find Talon in this village and then execute him.

This detail emerged during the testimony given yesterday by Henrik Hoxhaj , who told the court that at the time they were making preparations to kill Oti Kilë , they urgently went to Ndroq , because according to him, Nuredin Dumani had received information that Talo Çela was hiding in a house in this village .

Henrik Hoxhaj testified that after failing the first time to kill Oti Kilë, after he was placed on the list of names to be executed by Erjon Alibej and Nuredin Dumani, he and Nuredin made a second attempt to kill the car dealer in Elbasan, precisely in March 2022.

The second time, the motive for the murder was because, according to Hoxhaj, Nuredin Dumani had received information that Oti Kila was sheltering and providing food to Talo Çela.

“…the second time we planned the murder, we had been going to Elbasan for 3 days, and we were looking for Oti Kila to hang him but we couldn’t find him. During this time, Nuredini told me that he had obtained information that Talo Çela was staying in a house in the village of Ndroq in Tirana and told me that we should go there and finish him off there. We took the weapons. We headed to Ndroq to check the house. Nuredini said, this is the house and we went out to take a closer look. We left because we weren’t convinced. But the next day, we went back to Ndroq to find Talo. When we got close to the place, Nuredini got out of the car and took a gun with him. I stayed in the car myself. The house where we suspected Talo Çela was hiding had all the lights turned off. For a moment I looked at this “Lilliputian” Nuredini, who was running towards me. He got into the car and I asked him, “…what was wrong, what "What happened...?" Nuredini told me: "...Let's move because when I got close to the house, I heard a noise like a cannon being loaded and I thought I was going to get shot..." We fled from Ndroqi towards Fier and then we continued the program again to look for Oti Kila in Elbasan..." - said Henrik Hoxhaj.

Oti Kila was not killed again, because at the end of March 2022, another fire squad attacked Nuredin Dumani with automatic weapons.

The attack occurred in the Papri intersection area, where Nuredini was wounded by a bullet in the back.

“…unë po prisja në një lokal që ndodhet përballë palestrës në pronësi të Otit në Elbasan. Në këtë moment Nuredini më shkruan mesazh duke më thënë: “…kusho, çfarë do bëjmë se po na ikën dita kot…hajde të flasim…”. Kam marrë makinën dhe jam larguar për ta takuar Nuredinin që priste në dalje të qytetit të Elbasanit. Rrugës më ndalon një patrullë policie rrugore. I kam dhënë atyre një 20 mijë lekë të vjetra dhe më pas policët me kanë lënë të vijoj rrugën. Në këtë moment Nuredini më shkruan në telefon me mesazh: “…O kusho hajde se më vranë…!”. Ia kthej: “…ku je, çfarë ka ndodhur? Më shkruan e se kishin sulmuar tek kryqëzimi i Papërit.

Ai e mori Nuredinin dhe e dërgoi në Fier, ku më pas mori edhe dy doktorë që ta operonin.

“Sa kaloj unë në Cerrik, më ndaluan disa punonjës policie në Cërrik. I dhashë 20 mijë lekë dhe më lanë të ikja. Pastaj më shkruan Nuredini, më thotë “O kusho hajde se më vranë”. Shkova atje, e marr Nuredinin. “Liliputin”, e gjej me kallash në dorë e ngre e hipi mbrapa te makina ime. Mora dhe dy armët që kishim në makinë. Më tha: “…më ço në Durrës…. Nuk e çoja dot, sepse në Durrës unë nuk njihja njeri dhe s’kisha ku ta çoja dhe e mora në Fier. Gjatë rrugës për në Fier, e pyeta çfarë të ndodhi kush të qëlloi dhe ai më tha: “…ishin 4 veta në makinë. 3 ishin më maska dhe 1 ishte pa maskë në timon. Ky që ishte pa maskë më tha, ishte Talo Çela…. “…Çfarë po thua i thashë, si 3 me maska 1 pa maskë, si ka mundësi. E çova të shtëpia ku rrinte ai me gruan e dytë. Mora në telefon një të njohurin tim Bledin, doktor në Fier. I thashë më duhen dy doktorë, se kam një njeriun tim që ka bërë aksident. Erdhën poshtë pallatit, por nuk donin të hipnin lart në shtëpi. I tregova armën i bëra presion dhe i thashë do vini se s’bën te shtëpia. U bindën, hipën në ashensor dhe shkuam në shtëpi. E panë Nuredinin, i ishte nxirë buza. Më thanë do i ketë shkuar plumbi në stomak. Në sallë nuk e fusim dot, i detyrova ta zgjidhnin aty ta shpëtonin atë palaçon…”-ka treguar Henrik Hoxhaj në gjykatë.

Ndër të tjera Henrik Hoxhaj, ka treguar në sallën e gjyqit se nuk e kishte kuptuar se si policia mbërriti aq shpejt aty dhe i arrestoi.

Nuredin sold us all. He himself informed the police about his location and then Nuredin sold us all. If I wanted to kill him, I would have killed him.
