Faced with the right reactions on the issue of the merger of the "Migjeni" theater, the mayor of Shkodra was forced to make a reaction through social networks regarding the "truth", according to him, a reaction that refutes none other than the administration he leads and the documents that he himself signs and seals, legislating what he now denies.

In his Facebook status, the mayor Beci says that he has never lied, but he forgets that Shkodra does not have a short memory.

In fact, Mr. Beci lied about Koman's road when he ran for deputy, he lied about the Culinary Festival at the end of the year, which was a pure corruption affair where 15 million old Lek were donated to the friend of his staff from Durrës, and it did not take place no activity on Shkodra cuisine.

How can a mayor react to what is clearly written in black and white, that the theater "Migjeni" as an institution dependent on Shkodër Municipality will be dissolved? In the official letters, not a single line mentions the reorganization or restructuring that is mentioned in His response.

In the draft decision that was presented to us in the City Council to be approved at the budget approval meeting, the term "merger" is clearly defined, also in the official letter of the order for the merger of several directorates, it is quoted that 'bad luck ' also affects the "Migheni" theater.

How can a mayor refute the official documents formulated by His administration and signed by Himself and claim that the real liars are the representatives of the opposition, that we have done nothing but expose the truth of the documents to the light of day controlled by Him?

Order no. 84 dated 24.01.2024 with no. protocol 1257 "FOR THE MERGER OF DEPENDENT INSTITUTIONS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SHKODER" does not speak in any of its lines about the restructuring of the operation of the "Migheni" Theater, but about its merger.

Likewise, the draft decision of the Municipal Council approved at the last meeting of the year, approved by the votes of Rilindja and PSD, cites the term fusion and not restructuring.

Therefore, dear Mr. Mayor, before you excuse yourself and accuse in the style of "the best defense is attack", change the decision of the Municipal Council no. 71 (amended) which says 'dissolution' and not 'restructuring'. Also, make transparent how the "Migjeni" Theater will function after the crap you created together with your staff.

But as it seems, the history and tradition of this city are not important for the political tourists imported from the Renaissance, for them it is important to devour and control the cultural life of Shkodra.

When you lie, lie better so that you too believe my lie, or at least don't lie because you have no shame.
