A request by judge Arnisa Kelliçi, who a few days ago asked for special protection, has revealed the name of her alleged threat.

According to the letter, it is about prosecutor Adriano Dyrmishi.

Kelliçi writes that of the two threats he received, one was made by the prosecutor in question, who is part of the prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana.

She emphasizes that the threat in question came to her indirectly through the Chancellor of the Court and that on the day it happened, prosecutor Dyrmishi was in her office.

At the end of the letter, Judge Kelliçi asks the prosecutor's office, of which Dyrmishi is a part, to declare the lack of competence and to send the documents to another closer prosecutor's office.

"Directed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Tirana, prosecutor Deniona Katro

I, Judge Arnisa Kelliçi, have filed a report regarding two threats made against me.

Today, January 26, 2024, in the statements given before you as Prosecutor and OPGJ, I have informed that I suspect that one of the threats came indirectly (through the Chancellor of the Court) from the prosecutor Adriano Dyrmisji, who works at the Prosecutor's Office yours.

Also, after identifying from the investigations so far the date when the threatening letter against me was forwarded to my office, I informed that the Prosecutor was in my office on that date.

Considering this fact, as well as in the conditions when I am a judge of the same court, based on articles 78 and 84 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I request the declaration of the lack of competence of your Prosecutor's Office and the sending of the acts to a different Prosecutor's Office near.

A few days ago, judge Arnisa Këlliçi asked for special protection as she and her family were threatened with life.

The threat was recorded during a phone call of the Chancellor of the Court with the suspected prosecutor Dyrmishi and then, according to the Chancellor, it was forwarded to the court.

The Chancellor of the Court of Tirana, who filed the report against a prosecutor, claimed that the prosecutor threatened him and his family.

He was able to record the conversation with the prosecutor where Judge Kelliçi was also threatened.

In addition to the report, the Chancellor has also set in motion the High Inspector of Justice, requesting disciplinary proceedings against the prosecutor
