Fight over a bicycle key - Police provide details of what happened at "Syri i Kaltër": 43-year-old arrested, hit the administrator of a facility with hard objects

A conflict with sharp objects has occurred in a subject in Saranda. According to the police, the incident took place in the parking lot of "Syrit të Kaltër", and a 43-year-old man has been arrested and three others involved in the conflict have been prosecuted.

"A 43-year-old man was arrested in flagrante delicto after a conflict broke out and he hit the administrator of a company that rents bicycles for movement within the park with hard objects. Three citizens involved in the conflict are being prosecuted, including the administrator of the company."

"The Operations Room of the Saranda Police Station has received a report of a conflict in the parking lot of "Syri i Kaltër". Immediately, the Police services went to the scene and escorted all the people involved to the police station," the police statement said.

The cause of the conflict was the loss of a key to one of the bicycles, after which the 43-year-old with the initials AH hit the 27-year-old with the initials AL with hard objects, who suffered fractures.

"The initial investigative actions resulted in the fact that, at around 12:00 today, in the place called "Blue Eye Parking", during a conflict over the payment of damage caused by the loss of a bicycle key, citizen AH, 43 years old, hit citizen AL, 27 years old, administrator of the entity, with hard objects, who suffered injuries (fractures) and is out of danger to his life. From the investigations, it is suspected that citizens AH, 45 years old, S. Ç., 20 years old, were also involved in the conflict", the police announced.

After the incident, the 43-year-old man was arrested and the other people involved in the altercation were prosecuted.

"At the conclusion of the first investigative actions, citizen AH, 43 years old, resident of Kamëz, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury" and "Disturbance of public peace."

While citizens AH, 45 years old, resident of Kamëz (brother of the arrested person), S. Ç., 20 years old, resident of Dërmish, Finiq, and AL, 27 years old, resident of Stjar, Delvinë, administrator of the entity, were proceeded at large for the criminal offenses of "Intentional light injury" and "Disturbance of public peace", the police statement states.
