Investigations by the Tirana prosecutor's office, which have now been transferred to the special structure, have revealed how bailiffs contracted by credit companies provided data on people who had received a loan.
The investigation revealed that these companies also had a database, which they named "Gazeta," with phone numbers and addresses of various citizens.
According to statements obtained during the investigation, the database was kept by Olsi Ibro on an external hard drive in his office and was accessed by staff via the internal network.
There was a lot of data in this software.
For example, in this software you can search for family connections of debtors (brothers and sisters).
According to employee statements, this software was initially on the server and then placed on an external hard drive that was kept and could only be accessed when connected to Olsi Ibro's computer.
During the examination of computers or computer systems, this software was not found.
The investigation has revealed that, after April or May 2024, Olsi Ibro no longer brought this database to the company's premises.
