Tried to sexually abuse 74-year-old woman, 38-year-old arrested in Puka, turns out to have a previous criminal record

A 38-year-old man has been arrested by the police after raping and attempting to sexually abuse a 74-year-old woman in Puka.

According to the police, the Crime Investigation Specialists of the Puka Police Commissariat detained citizen F. Sh., 38 years old, a person with a previous criminal record for the criminal offenses of "Domestic Violence" and "Unlicensed Weapon Possession".

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Shkodra for the criminal offenses of "Attempted sexual intercourse with an adult".
