The MURDER saga in Rrëshen/ Who was the VICTIM, tried to KILL Kastriot

A serious event shocked Rreshen this morning ( September 26 ), where the citizen Martin Bardhi was executed with firearms in the center of the city.

The victim is reported to have been released from prison some time ago. In March of this year, Martin Bardhi together with his son Enrik Bardhi tried to kill the grandson of Kastriot Reçi in Rreshen.

The cause of the conflict between Enrik Bardhi and Saimir Reçi was the passing of a car on the main street of the city, which was also accompanied by gunshots.

Saimir Reçi and Enrik Bardhi got out of their vehicles and physically collided with each other in the middle of the city.

Afterwards, Enrik Bardhi went to the apartment and together with his father, Martin Bardhi, took a pistol and shot at the vehicle in which the grandson of Kastriot Reçi, the owner of the local television station in Lezhë, was driving, killed with sniper in January 2021 in Rrëshen.

The perpetrators shot at close range at the driver's side of the BMW, as evidenced by the bullet marks, but the armored vehicle saved the young Reçi without injury. The police, who immediately arrived at the scene, declared father and son Enrik and Martin Bardhi wanted, who quickly left the scene.

Intensive searches made it possible to arrest one of the wanted persons, and the police specified that Martin Bardhi has been captured, while his son and grandson are still being sought. The investigative group has administered every evidence and testimony in order to fully elucidate the event, where the possibility is not excluded that it has its origin in the old conflicts between the Bardhi and Reçi tribes in Rrëshen.
