Alibey's confession: Duman chose the path of massacre, I only wanted Talo Çela's head

Erjon Alibej alias (Krymi), the man with the biggest record of murders (7 such) in the "Dumani" file, has shown in SPAK that he did not agree with the execution of the murders, as he personally was only interested in capturing alive if possible Tell the Key.

Alibej was questioned 7 times in SPAK, where through the video-audio recording he showed what he knows about the crimes committed in Elbasan and other cities.

In his testimony, "Krymi" admits that he entered the path of murder to avenge the crimes of his family members, Endrit Alibej, uncle Arben Dylgjeri, cousin Andi Zylyfi, Sandër Bahos and his Turkish friend, Erdal Duranay.

After going to prison and discovering the series of crimes committed by Nuredin Dumani, Erjon Alibej has shown deep remorse in the hope of saving himself and his family members from this ordeal of consecutive crimes.

"...when I decided to knock on your institution to give explanations and to clarify my position on everything that happened in my life and my family, I gave up everything, including revenge for what they have done to me and my family happened I have already left everything in the hands of justice...", says Erjon Alibej.

The latter has confirmed to SPAK that during a meeting he had in his apartment with Nuredin Duman, the latter told him all the names of the persons who had participated in the murder of Endri Alibej and Andi Zylyfi.

"...Because Nuredini and I couldn't find Talo, Nuredini proposed to hit the people down who had been discovered, in order to bring Talo Çela to the stage...", Alibej asserted.

The latter adds that after the discussion with Nuredin, in the end he told me: "...first I want to kill Dorian Shkoza, since I have him near the house and I see him as a concern for me...".

Nuredini continued: "... these others, except for Talo, will not think of me for killing Dorian Shkoza, but Talo will come to me, because Talo rarely shows himself because he is in search. But Talo, I will understand directly that I have killed Dorian Shkoza and I am very sure that Talo will understand all that I will do and that I am behind these...".

Further, Nuredini told Erjon Alibej that he had discussed this plan with Festim Qoli, and that Qoli is aware of everything.

"...There I interrupt Nuredin and tell him I don't want to know about any of this, I want Talon and even more alive. Why do we have to enter all this ordeal when my interest in this ordeal is Talo Çela. Because I managed to capture Talon, these others are all finished or even captured. According to the colleague Erjon Alibej, maybe for Duman the solution to the serial murders was logical because he knew them very well, he had them all on the street, and he saw concerns from them and wanted to start with the one who was the easiest by destroying their base and then catch whoever you catch.

But as Duman requested, Alibey says that he would not be able to catch Talon, and this path chosen by Duman, would disappear Talon from the scene, turning him into a shadow.

While Nuredini told me: "...Talo has become difficult to find, but I asked to meet Arjani and you, two months ago, but Eljo Bitri told me "...wait wait...". Në bisedë e sipër Erjon Alibej i thotë Nuredinit: “…do t’i marrësh që në këtë moment 50.000 Euro, mos të ikësh bosh meqenëse je këtu, por kam merakun tend ngaqë është gjithë ajo rrugë dhe është edhe natë dhe mos të ndalojë njeri rrugës me gjithë këto lekë…”.

Ndërsa Nuredini ia ka kthyer Alibej: ”…ok si të duash ti, për mua nuk ka asnjë problem…”.

Më pas Erjon Alibej është shkëputur nga biseda me Nuredinin dhe bisedoj pak veç me Arjan Spahinë, me të cilin para se të vinte Nuredini, kishte biseduar gjatë lidhur me shumë informacione që Arjani kishte mësuar mbi personin që konsiderohej krahu i djathtë i Talo Çelës dhe i grupit të tij, që ishte Nuredin Dumani si dhe konfliktit që kishte lindur midis tyre.

“…unë e pyeta Arjanin se si është njohur me Nuredinin, si arrite deri tek ky…?”, thotë Alibej në dëshminë e tij.

Arjani më tha: “…Nuredini është interesuar që të më takojë, nëpërmjet Fatit (Fat Katnari)…”

Alibej: “…por ç’ne “Fat Katnari” me këto?

Ariani më thotë: “…kushuriri i “Fat Katnarit”, që është Elio Bitri, ka marrëdhënie të afërt me Nuredin Dumanin…” dhe me këtë dua të shpjegoj që Arjani, nëpërmjet “Fat Katnarit”, ka takuar Elio Bitrin dhe Nuredin Dumanin…”.

Më tej Erjon Alibej thotë se: “…në bisedë me Arianin, para se të takoja Nuredinin për herë të parë, pyes Arianin çfarë interesi ka Nuredin Dumani që vjen tek ne, për vetëm se për lekë, për para, dhe asgjë më tepër, dhe nga ana e lekëve ti e di mirë se sa keq jam ekonomikisht për momentin…”.

Ariani më thotë: “…O Lal, rri i qetë për këtë, do ti tresim të gjithë, vetëm ti ndalojmë njëherë si fillim këta, ta kapim njëherë atë Talon, sepse ti po e sheh shumë mirë se çfarë po bëjnë këta. Tani do të ikë të marr ato lekë që kam dhe do ti sjell…”.

Kjo bisedë është bërë rreth 1 javë pasi unë kisha dalë nga burgu, pasi atëherë unë dola me masë sigurie “arrest shtëpie”, për ngjarjen e plagosjes së Xhoni Rustës.
