The barbed wire that was located near the perimeter wire at the construction site in Zvërnec has been removed.

This movement came after the protest held yesterday in Zvërnec, which was aggravated by private police officers, who used violence against the protesters. 

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Besfort Lamallari, has also reacted to this situation. Through a post on Facebook, Lamallari demanded that the people responsible for the violence be prosecuted, along with their company.

Further, the minister described the Vlora police's stance in the face of the situation as unjustifiable.

Meanwhile, the blue uniforms have handcuffed Gerald Biba, the employee of the private security company who physically assaulted a citizen during yesterday's protest at the Zvërnec construction site. Two other guards who are suspected of aiding the perpetrator are also being investigated.
