As a result of quick police actions, a citizen of DK, 25 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested and escorted to the police station for further procedural actions. 

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the citizen DK, for weak motives, injured the citizen AH, 34 years old, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors, with a cutting tool.
