Connecting these past conflicts between criminal groups, suspicions were raised that Brilant Martinaj was a participant in the murder of Reçi. For this event, it took only eight seconds for the assassins to eliminate former policeman Reçi.

Artan Hoxha said in a television interview that it was a well-organized event by a team of killers who never make mistakes.

Diklen Vata , 30 years old, was known as a person with a criminal record, had close social ties with Brilant Martinaj and was a member of Ervis Martinaj's criminal group.

Besmir Hoxha , 34 years old, from Fushë-Kuqe, had close social ties with Brilant Martinaj and was a member of Ervis Martinaj's criminal group.

A prosecutor's file published about a year ago, gives a clear picture of the danger this man faces with his opponents. It is about the so-called Duka clan, who have guarded and pursued him in sophisticated ways inside and outside Albania to kill him, but without achieving their goal.

Below is the investigation file that led Ardjan Ahmet, Dejvison Serjani and the fiancee of the latter to prison, as they are accused of creating conditions for the elimination of Ervis Martinaj.

From the acts that occurred in the prosecutor's file, it appears that: Citizen Davison Serjani is engaged to citizen N.Sh. The latter worked in a travel agency on 'Myslym Shyri' street where she sold travel tickets, tourist packages, accommodation in hotels abroad, etc.
Citizen Davison Serjani has a first cousin, citizen Daut Elmazi (my uncle's son). It also turned out that citizen Ardjan Ahmeti and citizen Daut Elmazi know each other and are cousins. Yes, according to the acts and declarations, it turned out that the three defendants have acquaintance with each other, mainly acquaintance ensured through the citizen Daut Elmazi as a common contact. From the statements of the citizen N.Sh., it has emerged that since the citizen Daut Elmazi, she and her fiance Davisoni have established contacts with the citizens Leonard Duka and

Fatmir Hyseni (known by the nickname "Doge" or "Dogja"). These two citizens have planned the physical elimination of the citizen Ervis Martinaj and for the organization of the murder you needed information from the defendants regarding the movements of the target Martinaj abroad.

In the statements, the defendant admitted that in exchange for the information they would receive a monetary reward. It turns out that in two cases information was provided by the defendants Serjani and the girl regarding the travel plans of the target Martinaj.

Once the information was forwarded to the citizen Fatmir Hyseni (for a flight of the Martinaj objective with the route Prishtina-Istanbul-Dubai) while the other time the information was conveyed to the citizen Leonard Duka (for a flight of the Martina objective with the itinerary Athens-Istanbul-Valencia). According to the statements of N.Sh, citizen Leonard Duka paid her and Davison Serjani the amount of 30,000 (thirty thousand) euros.

Regarding the activity of the citizen Ardjan Ahmeti, this citizen worked at the Durrës Local Police Directorate as well as at the General Directorate of the Shieti Police, as an IT specialist for the period 2015-2019.

According to his statements, it turned out that Daut Elmazi connected him with the citizen Fatmir Hyseni. Dauti asked Ardjani to introduce himself to Fatmir Hyseni as a police officer and he says that he is providing information regarding the movements outside the territory of Albania of the citizen Ervis Martinaj.

Dauti also promised a monetary reward for these services. In this context, the citizen Ardjan Ahmeti met with the citizen Fatimir Hyseni and communicated with him according to Daut's order.

The citizen Fatmir Hyseni offered money by showing a bag in his car that contained Euro banknotes. According to his statements, Ardjan Ahmeti did not accept to receive the money. From the statements of the citizen Ardjan Ahmeti, it appears that Dauti told him the above, wanting to "sell" the information he trusted to Fatmir Hyseni and using his cousin Ardjan Ahmeti as a police officer and as a reliable source of information.

From the meeting he had with Fatmir Hysen, Ardjan Ahmeti received an "Enkro" mobile phone.
According to the statements, Ardjan Ahmet was informed by Daut Elmaz that the information regarding the movements of Ervis Martinaj was being provided by N.Sh and Dejvison Serjani.

From the transcripts of telephone interceptions n. 1316 dated 15.06.2019 and n. 1319 dated 15.06.2019 also resulted in the confirmation of the declarations of citizens Dejvison Serjani, N.Sh and Ardjan Ahmeti. Meanwhile, as part of this proceeding, help has been requested through letter orders from the Turkish authorities to confirm flights and accommodation for citizens Ervis Martinaj, Leonard Duka, Erlis Duka, Fatmir Hyseni, Igli Memaj, Gentjan Dautaj (Zoto). From the returns-answers administered in the dossier, it appears that these citizens have traveled on the same respective dates when it is assumed that the assassination that was being planned was carried out. Even their accommodation results in the same place.

The clash with Endrit Doklen

"I didn't want to kill Endrit Doklen. I took the money from Ervis Martinaj and I didn't want a conflict with him". This is one of the excerpted phrases in the long testimony that Nurdin Dumani gave before SPAK investigators, regarding the payment he received from Ervis Martinaj to kill Endrit Doklen.

The motives of why Ervis Martinaj will kill Endrit Dokle are a mystery, but the murder of Xelal Reçi in Laç is suspected to be related to this very fact, since the victim's daughter is Indri Dokle's fiancee.

Duman's colleague, Henrik Goxhaj, said in his testimony that: ...Also, Nuredini gave me orders to kill the citizen Indri Dokle. This was about a year ago when I often talked with Nuredin whom I also knew by the name Luli.

In one of these conversations that we were having on the phone, he told me that he would find out where Indrit Dokle is and that they should take measures to do so. The price was over 500,000 Euros, as according to Nuredini, the person from whom he received the order had told him to ask for as much as you want, he had given him free rein on the price. Also, Nuredini had information that Indriti lived in a villa in the Rolling Hills complex.

On December 23, 2021, 35-year-old Can Karriqi was executed in the Kodër Kamza area. He was shot with a silenced firearm while inside a car with foreign license plates. Karriqi was a friend of Erigers Mihas. After the murder, a car allegedly belonging to the perpetrators was found burnt in the area of ​​the institute. Even for this event there are no authors.

The disappearance of Ulvi Skana

Since May 17, 2022, the young Ulvi Skana, 29 years old, has been missing. The family members filed a complaint with the police and an investigation into the kidnapping has begun. The parents of the young man say that he was a close friend of Can Karriqi, eliminated a year ago.
