The police of Fier have confirmed that the dead body found on July 13 on the beach of the village of Ndrnënas belongs to the 40-year-old from Durrës, Artur Buzhiqi.

The father of three children disappeared from Ura e Dajlani on July 9, while a day later he was reported by his family to the Durrës Police Station for leaving the apartment.

He was found on July 13 at the mouth of the Seman River in Fier by the residents of the area, while he was wearing only beach shorts.

The family members suspect that they killed Artur Buzhiqi. 

Arturi's sister, the shocked Rajmonda Buzhiqi, during a television interview raised doubts that her brother may have been killed, as she asked to verify the threatening messages received on his phone.
