Murriz tunnel opens tomorrow, Rama: Dibra will once and for all become Tirana's green neighborhood

Prime Minister Edi Rama, through a post on "Facebook", has reacted regarding the Murriz tunnel, which will be inaugurated the next day.

Rama emphasizes that Summer Day arrives tomorrow in Dibër and this city, the prime minister says, will become "Tirana's green neighborhood."

"Alright, tomorrow Summer Day will also be in Dibra and Dibra will become the greenest neighborhood in Tirona," Rama writes.

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, today described the Murriz Tunnel as a complex and challenging work.

From the Murriz Tunnel, Balluku informed that it will open for traffic tomorrow, thus marking the end of the Arbri Road, which Balluku called the road of all Albanians.

"Years and months of hard work on a challenging infrastructure project which is undoubtedly the largest infrastructure project in the northeast," she said.

The opening of the Murriz tunnel also makes the entire Arbri road accessible, one of the most important national roads, which will mark economic growth for the area and the tourism sector, now for the North.
